After I graduated from high school I got a scholarship from FBLA and used it to go to Johnson and Wales for baking and pastries and culinary. I graduated top of my class. Then that's where I met my friend Olivia, who has celiac disease and that made me open the gluten-free restaurant, Too Neat for Wheat, with her.
